75.02: BRAKES; MOTOR NOT TO BE LEFT RUNNING:
   A.   Adequate brakes shall be set on all parked vehicles.
   B.   No driver of a motor vehicle shall leave the vehicle with the motor running while parked. (2001 Code § 75.02; amd. 2012 Code)
