135.05 EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR GIFTS OF APPRECIATION, MEMORIAL TRIBUTES, OR FLOWER TRIBUTES.

The Fiscal Officer is authorized to expend the necessary funds to pay for these items of appreciation, tributes, or flowers not to exceed seventy-five dollars ($75.00) on each occasion.
