135.04 AUTHORIZING SIGNATORIES FOR VILLAGE CHECKS.

At least two of the following four Village officials shall be signatories on Village checks and negotiable instruments prior to payment of the same by the Village’s depository financial institution:

(a) The Mayor of said Village.

(b) The Fiscal Officer of said Village.

(d) The President Pro Tempore of the said Village Council.
