In the event the Clerk of the Board of Trustees of Public Affairs shall ascertain that any property has been connected directly or indirectly to the municipal sewerage system in violation of the provisions of this chapter, the Clerk is authorized to disconnect such property, or have the same disconnected, until such violation shall cease. The Village shall be reimbursed by the violator for expenses incurred by the Village in making such disconnection.
