(a) All properties now using public utilities in the Village must be connected to the Village sanitary sewer system by January 1, 1972.
(b) The property owners must by-pass their septic tanks before connecting into the aforesaid sewer system.
(c) The by-passing pipe going through the septic tank must be a cast iron pipe; or in the alternative, in the event the septic tank is by-passed by circumventing such septic tank, four-inch premium slip seal glazed tile, or its equivalent, must be used.
(d) Before connecting to the sewer system, all septic tanks must be cleaned and granular filled to existing flow line.
(e) Before disconnecting the septic tank, the property owners must notify the Village, and inspection must be made by the Village before the septic tank may be covered.
(f) When the septic tank is by-passed, the by-passing pipe must be preceded by a clean out T.
(g) Any taps going into the sewer line must be made by the Village, and the property owners is required to run his private lines to the existing sewer lines.
