(a) "Sanitary sewerage system" means all facilities for collecting, pumping, treating and disposing of sanitary sewage and industrial wastes.
(b) "Board of Trustees of Public Affairs" means the Board of Trustees of Public Affairs of the Village of Woodville, Ohio or their authorized representative.
(c) "Combination wastes" means combination of the sanitary sewage and industrial wastes carried from residences, business and commercial establishments, institutions and industrial establishments together with such ground, surface and storm water as may be present.
(d) "Sanitary sewage" means domestic wastes contributed by reason of human occupancy.
(e) "Industrial wastes" means liquid wastes from industrial processes as distinct from sanitary sewage.
(f) "Sewer" means a pipe or conduit for carrying sanitary sewage, industrial wastes or storm water.
(g) "Public sewer" means a sewer in which all owners of abutting properties have equal rights and which is controlled by public authority.
(h) "Sanitary sewer" means a sewer which carries sanitary sewage and industrial wastes and from which storm, surface and ground water are intentionally prohibited.
(i) "Storm sewer or storm drain" means a sewer which carriers storm and surface water and drainage, subsurface drainage, cooling water and unpolluted industrial process water, but excludes sanitary sewage and industrial wastes.
(j) "Combined storm and sanitary sewer" means a sewer which carriers sanitary sewage, industrial wastes and storm, surface and ground water.
(k) "Newly developed areas" means unsewered areas and areas redeveloped through urban renewal or other similar programs.
(l) "Persons" means any individual, firm, company, association, society, corporation or group.
(m) "Shall" is mandatory; "May" is permissive.
