901.06 APPLICATION AND CASH DEPOSIT.

Application for the permit required by Section 901.05 shall be made on a form, giving such facts concerning the opening as required by the Mayor and shall be confined to a single project. The permit shall be issued by the Mayor after a cash deposit sufficient to cover the cost of restoration has been posted with the Fiscal Officer.
