(a) No person or persons, company or companies, corporation or corporations shall sink or drill what is commonly known as a natural gas or oil well, at any place within the corporate limits of the Village of Woodville, nearer than 200 feet, to any public building, hall, church, school ground, dwelling, house, storeroom, warehouse, mill, manufactory business room, office, shop or barn.
(b) No person or persons, company or companies, corporation or corporations shall pipe, tube, or pump in connection with the operation of any natural gas or oil well, sunk or drilled contrary to the provisions of subsection (a).
(c) Each and every day that the sinking, drilling or operating of such well is continued or allowed shall be construed and held to be a separate, distinct, and independent offense under this section, and subject the person or persons, etc., so offending to the prosecution and penalty above provided.
(d) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
