509.08 MINOR'S CURFEW.
   (a)   No parent, guardian or other person having legal custody of a minor child under the age of eighteen years shall permit such minor to remain upon any public street, alley, building or railroad property or to be loitering about public parking lots, buildings or other public places within the Village between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. each and every day of the week during the month of October.
   (b)   No parent, guardian or other person having legal custody of a minor child under the age of eighteen years shall permit such minor to remain upon any public street, alley, building or railroad property or to be loitering about public parking lots, buildings or other public places within the Village between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. each and every day of the week during the months of January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, November and December.
   (c)   This section shall not apply to any minor accompanied by a parent or legal guardian or any other person twenty-one years of age or older and authorized by such minor's parent or guardian to have custody of the minor.
   (d)   This section shall not apply to any minor attending any regularly scheduled school activity or social or athletic event organized and supervised by an established church, public, or civic organization for the youth of this community.
   (e)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
