351.15 PARKING OF COMMERCIAL VEHICLES.

(a) A commercial tractor and/or semitrailer shall be defined for purposes of this section as defined in Sections 301.07 and 301.36 of the Traffic Code.

(b) No commercial tractor and/or semitrailer shall park on any Village street except as hereinafter provided.

(d) No commercial tractor and/or semitrailer shall be parked with its motor running within the Village.

(e) Commercial tractors and/or semitrailers shall be allowed to make deliveries and shall be allowed to park within the Village while deliveries are actually being made of the contents of the vehicle.

(f) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
