135.08 PUBLIC RECORDS POLICY.

(a) All public records shall be promptly prepared and made available to any member of the general public at all reasonable times during regular business hours for inspection per Ohio R.C. 149.43.

(b) Upon request, the Fiscal Officer or Utility Clerk of the Village of Woodville shall make copies within a reasonable period of time at a cost of $0.05 per copy plus any postage if required.
