The environmental protection act, as set forth in 415 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/1 et seq., be and the same is hereby adopted as the pollution control regulations for the city, and said act hereby referred to and adopted by reference is made a part hereof as if fully set out within this chapter. Three (3) copies of said act shall be and remain on file in the office of the city clerk for public inspection. (1986 Code)
