All access drives shall be located in such a manner as to interfere as little as possible with the use of adjacent residential property and flow of traffic on adjacent streets, and to avoid undue interference with pedestrian access to street corners.
(a) Access drives on corner lots shall be located as far from the street intersection as practicable.
(b) The spacing of access drives shall consider the location of access drives on both sides of the roadway and shall be located where they will not cause problems with movements to and from an existing or planned street or driveway on the opposite side of the roadway to the greatest extent feasible.
