(a) The use shall comply with the development standards of the district in which it is located except when this chapter includes specific regulations governing minimum lot area, minimum lot width, and/or minimum yard dimensions for a specific use.
(b) Whenever there is a difference between the provisions of the district regulations and the use specific regulations, the provisions of Chapter 1131 shall prevail, unless clearly indicated
differently in the regulations.
