1117.02 INITIATION OF ZONING AMENDMENTS.
   Amendments to this Planning and Zoning Code shall be initiated in one of the following ways:
   (a)    By adoption of an ordinance by Village Council.
   (b)    By the filing of an application by the owner of a property proposed to be changed or affected by said amendment.
      (Ord. 1291-2021. Passed 4-5-21.)
