1113.01 APPEALS TO VILLAGE COUNCIL.

Appeals shall be made in writing to the Village Administrator for referral to Village Council. All such appeals may be made by any person grieved or by any officer of the Village affected by any decision of the Village Administrator. Such appeal shall be submitted in writing within twenty (20) days after the decision.
