The Village Council shall take one of the following actions:
   (a)    If the proposed conditional use is determined by the Village Council to be appropriate and in conformance with the requirements of this Planning and Zoning Code, the Village Council shall approve the conditional use. In approving any such use or structure the Village Council may attach additional conditions and limitations concerning use, construction, character, location, landscaping, screening, and other matters relating to the purposes and objectives of this Code, as may be necessary or appropriate to prevent or minimize adverse effects upon adjacent property.

Such action shall be stated in writing and include specific findings, based upon the evidence submitted, justifying such a conclusion. (Ord. 1291-2021. Passed 4-5-21.)
