1321.11 APPROVAL OF LICENSE APPLICATIONS.

All licenses required by these code sections shall be granted by the Zoning Administrator. The Zoning Administrator shall have the power to require the approval of the applications for licenses by the Water and Sewer Superintendent(s}, and the Electric Superintendent.
