The application for a license under the provisions of these code sections shall be accompanied by four (4) copies of a sufficient and satisfactory camp plan showing the following, as existing or as proposed:
(a) The extent and area used for camp purposes.
(b) Roadways and driveways.
(c) Location of sites or units for trailer coaches.
(d) Method and plan of sewage disposal.
(e) Method and plan of garbage removal.
(f) Plan for water supply.
(g) Plan for electrical lighting of units and cabins.
