1321.06 REFUNDS; TRANSFER OF LICENSE.

No refund or rebate shall be made under the provisions of these code sections upon the licensee retiring from business and no license shall be sold or transferred to a new owner or proprietor. (Ord. 1175-14. Passed 1-5-15.)
