All persons renting a trailer space(s) from any property owner, in any trailer camp within the Village is required to register their particular trailer unit with the Zoning Administrator or appointed Zoning Clerk.
(a) The yearly Registration Fee shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00), and will not be "pro-rated" or adjusted for rental periods of less than one (1) year.
(b) All persons registering their trailer unit will be provided a registration sticker that clearly displays the issue and expiration dates for that particular trailer unit. Registration stickers will be affixed in a conspicuous location, which is clearly visible from the exterior of the trailer unit, and must remain clearly visible for the duration of the licensing period.
(c) All persons registering their trailer unit will provide the following information to complete the registration process.
(1) Full Name
(2) Home Address
(3) Mailing Address
(4) Year, make, model of their trailer unit
(5) Copy of their state issued drivers license with driver's identification number.
