(a) The application for a license required by Section 1321.02, or renewal thereof, shall be filed with the Zoning Clerk and shall be accompanied by a fee of forty-five dollars ($45.00).
(b) If the application for a license is accepted and the license granted as provided by these code sections, the amount of the initial application fee shall be as follows:
(1) For Four (4) units or less, the fee shall be five hundred dollars ($500.00).
(2) For Five (5) units or more, the fee shall be one thousand dollars ($1,000.00).
(c) If the application for a license is accepted and the license granted as provided by these code sections, the amount of the ongoing annual license fee shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00) per year. (Ord. 1175-14. Passed 1-5-15.)
