(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day any such violation of this chapter is committed, continued or permitted shall constitute a separate offense. (Penalties applicable to any misdemeanor classification are found in Section 501.99.)
(b) The imposition of any penalty shall not preclude the Village from instituting appropriate action or proceeding in a Court of proper jurisdiction to require compliance with the provisions of this chapter, or other applicable laws, ordinances, rules or regulations, or the orders or determinations of the Village of Woodsfield.
