Signs placed for promotion of students or school-related activities shall be permitted so long as they use only fastening fixtures that had been placed in Woodsfield municipal posts and structures before July 18, 2011 (the effective date of Ordinance 1131-4 regulating the placement of signs on Village-owned structures). In other words, additional fastening devices may not be embedded or placed in Municipal poles.
