(a) No person, firm, partnership, corporation, trust or other legal entity shall construct an earth station without a permit, nor shall construction commence before a permit is issued in accordance with this chapter. (Ord. 489-84. Passed 12-17-84.)
(b) The Village shall no longer require a permit, (and shall charge no application fee), regarding the installation of satellite dishes less than two feet in diameter.
