(a) A State of Ohio certified building inspector, or his/her representative, serving as the Village professional consultant, is authorized to make, or cause to be made, inspections of all buildings, structures, or premises to determine whether such buildings, structures or premises constitute a public nuisance under the provisions of this chapter.
(b) Written reports and inspections and their findings, by the certified building inspector, with respect to the existence of such public nuisance, or to the deficiencies under Section 1309.01, shall be filed with the Village Clerk.
