945.04 INTERMENTS AND REMOVALS.
   (a)   No body except that of a human being may be buried in the cemeteries.
   (b)   In administering all policies of the cemeteries of the Village of Woodsfield, the Village will not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, or any other basis whatsoever.
   (c)   Interment fee must be paid at the time of interment in the cemetery.
   (d)   No interments or removal may be made unless the burial permit accompanies the body. The laws of the State and the rules of the Health Department must be strictly complied with in all cases of interments and/or removals.
   (e)   All interments shall be in permanent containers made of concrete, ferrous or nonferrous metals. No wood containers shall be used.
   (f)   All cremated remains must be in permanent, crush-proof containers.
   (g)   If the application is for the interments of remains other than those of the immediate family of the grave owner, written permission from such grave owner or past owner must be presented and a record made of such interments on the back of the deed.
   (h)   The number of interments, which may properly be made upon a lot, is definitely fixed at the time of purchase and no more will be permitted. (No more than five cremated remains per gravesite with only one upright monument is permitted per gravesite.)
   (i)   All cremated remains or limbs must be contained in permanent and appropriate urns. (Ord. 922-01. Passed 1-22-02.)
