(a) There shall be no planting on graves (only six inches from the headstone and no shrub at the foot of the grave). No person will be allowed to plant anything without previously consulting the Sexton.
(b) No glass containers will be placed on any lot or grave.
(c) From March 15 to November 1, potted plants may be placed at the head of graves only and must be picked up by December 1.
(d) Artificial decorations placed after November 1 shall be permitted to remain until March 15, at which time they will be removed and destroyed.
(e) No enclosures such as fences, hedges, or ditches will be permitted around any lot. Excavation for any purpose will not be permitted.
(f) The cutting of turf or the making of a flower bed on a grave is not permitted.
(g) The lot owner must maintain any shrub planted at the head of a grave; if it becomes unsightly or for any reason its removal shall be deemed necessary, the Sexton shall have the right and it shall be his duty to remove such shrub. No trees or roses of any kind shall be planted in the cemetery.
(h) Potted plants shall be permitted for holidays such as Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and Memorial Day. The potted plants may not be placed in the ground, and shall be removed within ten days after the holiday.
(i) Flowers will be removed from the grave at the discretion of the Sexton. After the flowers are removed, the earth will be settled and the mound remade to the regulation size.
