(a) The Board of Cemetery Trustees shall have the powers to perform the duties prescribed by Sections 759.19 - 759.26, inclusive, of the Ohio Revised Code.
(b) All graves sold in advance of a death will be paid in full at time of purchase.
(c) As the deed to a grave conveys only the right of burial therein, the Sexton retains complete control and supervision of all graves.
(d) Any owner or part owner of a grave has a right to give permission by a written order for the burial of the remains of others than the immediate family in the grave.
(e) No intoxicating beverages are permitted on cemetery grounds.
(f) There is an endowment fund each year that is used for the maintenance of the cemeteries.
(g) Monies can be given or willed to Oaklawn and/or Pioneer Cemeteries for maintenance other than the endowment fund.
(h) No pets of any kind are permitted on the cemetery grounds.
(i) As the deed to a lot/grave conveys only the right of burial therein, the Village of Woodsfield retains control and supervision of all lots which have been sold; and it shall be the duty of the Sexton to enter upon a lot and prohibit, modify or remove any structure, object, improvement, or adornment on such lot which may have been placed thereon in violation of the rules, or which may be considered objectionable or injurious to the lot or adjourning lots, or the general appearance of the Cemetery.
