929.04 ASSESSMENT OF REVENUES; DISBURSEMENT.

(a) Assessment of Electrical Utility Revenues. There shall be six percent (6%) charge from the gross proceeds received by the Woodsfield Municipal Power and Light department.

(b) Disbursement Proportions. This six percent (6%) charge shall be disbursed in the following proportions to the following departments:

General Fund	4.00%
Street Fund	1.00%
Park and Recreation Fund	1.00%
