(a) The electrical power rates to be charged by Woodsfield Municipal Power and Light shall be as provided by Council from time to time.
(b) There shall be imposed upon those served by the Village electrical plant and distribution system a surcharge on the rates charged for electrical service calculated as set forth in subsection (d) hereof.
(c) The electrical rates established in subsections (a) and (b) hereof shall be increased by all amounts per kilowatt hour billed to the Village by its major energy supplier as fuel adjustment charge. The rate shall be calculated on each bill by using the preceding month’s fuel adjustment charge made to the Village. (Ord. 476-84. Passed 4-16-84.)
(d) In addition to the charges stated in subsections (a) through (d) hereof, nonresident customers shall be charged an additional ten percent (10%) calculated on each portion of electric charges as stated in subsections (a) through (d) hereof.
