920.03 PAYMENT POLICIES FOR MUNICIPAL UTILITY SERVICES.
   (a)   Deadline for Payment of Utilities. Any account with a bill for Woodsfield Municipal Utilities (of Electric, Water, Waste Water, Cable, and/or Internet) is due and payable in full by the twenty-first (21st) day of each month.
   (b)   Policies and Fee for Reconnection of Disconnected Utility Service.
      (1)   Any account with a bill for Woodsfield Municipal Utilities (of Electric, Water, and Waste Water) that remains unpaid (after the deadline established by the notice of disconnection of service) shall result in discontinuation of service, subject to the following provisions:
      (2)   Any service that is disconnected for charges remaining unpaid (after the deadline established by the notice of disconnection of service) shall not be restored until all of the following prerequisites have been completed:
         A.   All past due bills have been paid in full; and
         B.   All accrued penalties have been paid in full; and
         C.   The reconnection charge shall be paid in full.
   (c)   The reconnection charge (for any service that is disconnected for charges remaining unpaid (after the deadline established by the notice of disconnection of service)) shall be as follows:
      (1)   For re-connection of Electric service - one hundred dollars ($100.00).
      (2)   For re-connection of Water service - one hundred dollars ($100.00).
      (3)   For re-connection of Waste Water service - one hundred dollars ($100.00).
      (4)   For re-connection of Water service and Waste Water service together - one hundred dollars ($100.00).
