913.99 PENALTY.

Any owner, lessee, agent or tenant having charge of or responsibility for maintenance of the lots or lands within the Municipality who fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
