905.01 POPLAR TREES PROHIBITED.

(a) No firm, person or corporation shall plant or permit to be planted any poplar trees on the streets, alleys, public grounds, or places in the Village.

(b) All poplar trees now growing or existing in the streets and alleys of the Village are hereby ordered removed. (Unno. Ord. Passed 8-2-43.)
