Any person, firm, partnership or corporation so licensed to operate and who is operating a taxi or other motor vehicle for hire shall carry insurance with some reputable company authorized to do business in the state of Ohio for personal liability in the amount set forth in Ohio R. C. 4509.51, and bring such policy of insurance to the Clerk of the Village before a license shall be issued authorizing the operation of a taxi or other motor vehicle for hire. (Unno. Ord.
