EDITOR'S NOTE: Ordinance 176, passed on February 21, 1966, as amended by Ordinance 464-83, passed October 3, 1983, and Ordinance 514-86, passed January 6, 1986, granted a franchise to the Woodsfield Cable Co. to construct and run a television cable along the streets of the Village. The ordinance sets forth the regulations, provisions and restrictions which govern the franchise and is on file at the Municipal Building.
