353.05 PARKING METER HOURS.

No person shall park any motor vehicle in any place serviced by a parking meter between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Mondays through Fridays, and 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Saturdays without depositing the coins required by Section 353.03. There shall be no charge for parking in a metered space on any Sunday or holiday.
