351.16 HANDICAPPED PARKING.

(a) Handicap parking spaces shall be designated and then marked within the Village at the discretion of the Zoning Administrator and the Chief of Police.

(b) The Zoning Administrator is authorized in his sole discretion to issue permits for handicap parking within the Village upon the satisfactory showing of need.
