339.12 TRANSPORTATION OF HAZARDOUS MATERIALS.

Council authorizes the Zoning Administrator to execute on behalf of the Village a plan establishing Ohio State Route 800 as the north-south regulated route for hazardous waste materials, and Ohio State Route 78 as the east-west regulated route for transportation of hazardous materials through the Village.
