171.02 COMPUTERIZATION FEE.

It is hereby determined that the efficient operation of the Mayor’s Court requires computerization. Additional funds to acquire a computer for the Clerk of the Mayor’s Court shall be obtained by including a fee of ten dollars ($10.00) for each case heard before the Mayor’s Court. (Ord. 933-97. Passed 6-7-97.)
