151.19 DONATION OF SICK LEAVE.
   (a)   An employee donating benefits (hereinafter also referenced “Donor Employee”) may donate Paid Leave benefits so long as, (after the transaction of the proposed donation), the Donor Employee would still maintain a reserved balance of Sick Leave Time totaling at least one hundred twenty (120) hours.
   (b)   An employee receiving donated benefits to their balance of Sick Leave benefits (hereafter also referenced “Donor Employee”) may receive a donation of Paid Leave benefits so long as the Donee Employee has first completely used the full balances of all categories/accounts of their own Paid Leave Benefit accounts, with one exception: A Donee Employee may still receive a donation to Sick Leave Time balance even if the Donee Employee maintains a reserved balance of up to eighty (80) hours in their Vacation Leave Benefits account.
