151.12 LONGEVITY PAY.
   (a)   Increase in Compensation after Five Years of Service. All employees shall be entitled to receive an increase in their compensation after accumulating five years of employment with the Village.
   (b)   Amount of Increase in Compensation. After working for the Village for five continuous years, each employee shall receive an increase in compensation equal to five cents ($.05) per hour.
   (c)   Additional Increases at Subsequent Five Year Intervals. After accumulating the first five continuous years of service, each employee of the Village shall be entitled to an additional five cents ($.05) per hour raise upon each subsequently accrued continuous five year period of employment with the Village.
   (d)   Duty of Each Employee to Notify Clerk. To qualify for these increases, each employee must personally notify the Village Clerk at least thirty-one days (but not more than sixty days) before the date marking the fifth year of continuous service.
