151.07 VERIFICATION OF HOURS WORKED.
   (a)   All Village employees, except those exempted by motion of Council, or this section, shall submit to the Clerk time clock printed records to secure payment of salary. All employees are covered by this requirement including supervisory and salaried personnel.
   (b)   Council may exempt any employee from compliance with this section by a majority vote of all members of Council made at a regular session of Council and recorded in the minutes.
   (c)   The Village shall supply the necessary time clocks to carry out the requirements of this section.
   (d)   All elected officials are exempted from the requirements of this section.
   (e)   Any employee not submitting time clock records as provided in this section shall not be paid unless, or until, the reason for the absence of the records can be satisfactorily explained and the payment is authorized by a majority vote of the members of Council.
   (f)   Any employee, whether regular or supervisory, falsifying records for himself or any other individual, or any employee “punching” the clock for any other employee, shall be subject to immediate dismissal. Any employee, whether regular or supervisory, who requests another to “punch” his time record shall be subject to immediate dismissal.
