151.06 OVERTIME.
   (a)   For all employees except supervisory personnel, compensation for time worked in excess of any particular employee’s work week shall be one and one-half times the particular employee’s regular rate computed as if the employee were working on an hourly basis.

   (b)   No hourly employee shall be compensated for overtime, unless such time has been authorized by supervisory authority. (Ord. 465-83. Passed 11-7-83.)
   (c)   There shall be no standard work week for supervisory salaried personnel. Such supervisory position shall receive no overtime pay. (Ord. 507. Passed 9-3-85.)
   (d)   Any overtime recorded on an employee’s time sheet shall include a specific description of the work performed during that overtime period.
   (e)   Holiday hours paid for but not worked will be counted as hours worked in calculating weekly overtime pay.
   (f)   Except, when not scheduled to work, an employee will receive an eight hour holiday pay, which will not count in calculating weekly overtime pay.
   (g)   Unscheduled emergency call-in work will be compensated at time and a half, with the approval of the Superintendent. (Ord. 960-99. Passed 9-7-99.)
