(a) Each employee of the Village shall be entitled to vacation, pursuant to Ohio R.C. 124.13.
(b) Regular part-time employees, being employees who work part time on a regular basis in excess of eight months per year, shall be entitled to vacation and sick leave earned at the rate established by Ohio R.C. Chapter 124.
(c) Each employee of the Village shall be entitled to earn sick leave only on his regular hours and shall not be entitled to accumulate or earn sick leave on overtime.
(d) All other ordinances and resolutions which are inconsistent with this section shall be null and void and of no effect. (Ord. 909-95. Passed 11-6-95.)
