147.01 ESTABLISHED; COMPENSATION; VACANCY.
   (a)    There is hereby created a Recreation Board which shall consist of five members as provided in Ohio R.C. 755.14.
   (b)    Members of the Recreation Board shall serve without pay.
   (c)    Whenever a vacancy occurs upon the Board, except by expiration of his term, a new member shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of Council to complete the unexpired term. (Ord. 122. Passed 1-15-62.)
