143.05 UNIFORM ALLOWANCE.

(a) Each full-time regular police officer within the Village shall be permitted a clothing allowance in a sum not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) per year per officer.

(b) Such sum shall be paid upon consent of the Chief of Police and the Mayor for necessary purchase of clothing, shoes or equipment.
