143.03 POLICY AND PROCEDURE MANUAL.

(a) The Manual of Policy and Procedure of the Police Department of the Village of Woodsfield, a photocopy of which is filed with the Clerk, is hereby adopted and made part of the Codified Ordinances of the Village. (Ord. 474-84. Passed 2-6-84.)

(b) The Chief of Police shall have authority, with consent of the Mayor, to amend, from time to time, the Manual of Regulations of Policy and Procedure for the Police Department.
