The position of the Street Department Foreman is hereby restructured to the position of Street Department Superintendent. The compensation of the Street Department Superintendent shall be governed by the same policies as govern the compensation of all other non-elected supervisory personnel, including the Chief of Police, Electric and Light Superintendent, Water and Waste Water Superintendent.
