139.04 PROCEDURE FOR REMOVAL.

The Village Administrator may be removed, without cause, by the Mayor, with the consent of majority vote of Council, or the Village Administrator may be removed, without cause, by the affirmative vote of three-fourths of Council, without the consent of the Mayor.
